In Feodosia, a bus driver was punished for dropping off an 11-year-old child who had not paid for the fare.

In Feodosia, the prosecutor’s office conducted an investigation into a complaint from a local resident about violations of her daughter’s rights. The woman said that her 11-year-old daughter was on her way to an art school and was dropped off by the driver of a municipal shuttle bus for not paying the fare with a card that did not work on the validator.
During the inspection, the fact of forced disembarkation of a minor from the bus was confirmed. In this regard, the city prosecutor’s office made a representation to the employer, and a case was initiated against the bus driver for an administrative offense under Part 2.1 of Art. 11.33 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (forced disembarkation from a bus of a minor under the age of sixteen)— reported the supervisory agency.
The bus driver was fined 5 thousand rubles, the proposal of the prosecutor’s office of the city of Feodosia is under consideration.
