In Feodosia, a court, following a lawsuit filed by a prosecutor, recovered damages caused to a child by a dog bite.
The Feodosia city prosecutor’s office conducted an investigation into the appeal of the legal representative of a minor who was bitten by a dog. It was established that the child was bitten by a stray dog on the street near the Krym cinema. The boy suffered moral suffering caused by severe nervous and emotional shock, physical suffering caused by the injury and pain. The city prosecutor filed a lawsuit in the interests of the minor against the administration to recover compensation for moral damages— the supervisory authority reported.
The court satisfied the prosecutor’s demand and ordered the animal’s owner to pay 50 thousand rubles in favor of the child. The court’s decision entered into legal force.
