The Feodosia Prosecutor’s Office supported the state prosecution in a criminal case against a local resident. He was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (driving a vehicle while intoxicated, subject to administrative punishment for driving a vehicle while intoxicated).
The court found that the man, having been brought to administrative responsibility in January 2024 for driving a vehicle while intoxicated, did not draw the proper conclusions for himself and in May of this year, after drinking alcohol, he again began driving an MPM TAGAZ AQUILA car. While driving in the city of Feodosia, the convicted person was stopped by traffic police officersthe prosecutor’s office reported.
The court, taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, sentenced the man to 1 year of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period of 2 years. The perpetrator was deprived of the right to drive vehicles for 2 years. The car of the brand «MPM TAGAZ AQUILA» belonging to the convicted person was confiscated for the benefit of the state.
