The prosecutor’s office of Feodosia, with the involvement of specialists from Rosprirodnadzor, conducted an audit of compliance with the requirements of the legislation on water protection. It was established that an individual entrepreneur organized the activities of a car washing station, which is not equipped with facilities that ensure the protection of water bodies from pollution. Moreover, the specified economic activity is carried out by him in the water protection zone of the sea, which is expressly prohibited by the Water Code.
In view of the identified violations, the city prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit in court to ban an individual entrepreneur from carrying out vehicle washing activitiesthe prosecutor’s office said.
The court satisfied the prosecutor’s claims, the execution of the court decision is under control.
