In Feodosia, a criminal case regarding a traffic accident in which a pedestrian died was sent to court.
During the preliminary investigation, it was established that on July 14, 2023, in the evening, the accused, while driving a Hyundai Solaris car in the village of Beregovoye, lost control and allowed a collision with a woman who was crossing the roadway from left to right relative to the movement of the car. The victim died at the scene from her injuries.— reported the prosecutor’s office.
The criminal case was sent to the Feodosia City Court. Punishment under Part 3 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of traffic rules by a person driving a car, resulting in the death of a person through negligence) — imprisonment for up to five years.
