The prosecutor’s office of the city of Feodosia approved an indictment in a criminal case against a local resident. He is charged under Part 3 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of traffic rules resulting in the death of a person through negligence).

According to the pre-trial investigation authorities, the man, driving a VAZ 21099 car along the Tavrida — Primorsky — Beregovoye — Feodosiya highway in the dark, did not allow a pedestrian to cross the roadway and allowed him to collide. As a result of a traffic accident, the latter died from his injuries.— reported the prosecutor’s office.

With the approved indictment, the criminal case was sent to the Feodosia City Court for consideration on the merits.
