In Greater Yalta, the police conducted a check in the field of migration legislation. As reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea, the visit was carried out to a construction site in the village of Gurzuf.
During verification activities, police officers identified 6 citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan illegally carrying out labor activities without permits.
Based on the identified violations against foreigners, employees of the Immigration Control Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea drew up administrative protocols under Part 1 of Article 18.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (carrying out labor activity by a foreign citizen or a stateless person in the Russian Federation without a work permit or patent)the message says.
The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of twouh thousand to five thousand rubles with or without administrative expulsion from the Russian Federation.
