In honor of Defender of the Fatherland Day, a state awards ceremony was held in Simferopol

On the eve of the celebration of Defender of the Fatherland Day, the head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov presented the Crimeans with well-deserved awards. The head of Crimea expressed gratitude to all those present for showing a clear civic position and patriotism in difficult times for the country.

Some go to the front line, while others remain in the rear to create the necessary conditions to meet the needs of the front. All Russians, as one, are working for Victorysaid the Head of the Republic.

He emphasized that today no one is left behind:

Those who fulfill their military duty are real men, real defenders of the Fatherland, thanks to whom we maintain a peaceful sky above our heads both in Crimea and in the country as a whole.

Sergei Aksyonov also emphasized the importance of achieving all the goals of the special military operation set by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

We continue to support our Leader and his decisions, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and our soldiers. This is the main task for everyone. Victory will be ours! – added the Head of Crimea.

Sergei Aksyonov honored the memory of the fallen soldiers, noting their courage, valor and loyalty to their duty.

For courage and bravery shown in the performance of professional and civic duty, defense of state interests and in connection with Defender of the Fatherland Day, Sergei Aksyonov presented state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Crimea: the Order of Courage, the Order “For Fidelity to Duty”, the medal “For the Defense of the Republic of Crimea” «, medals «For Courage and Valor», Certificates of Honor from the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Gratitude from the Head of the Republic of Crimea, insignia «Watch from the Head of the Republic of Crimea».
