In honor of the 10th anniversary of the reunification of Crimea with Russia, art cluster «Tavrida» with the support of the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources and the Federal Forestry Agency, I took part in the creation of a natural space for the residents of Sudak and we hope that by doing this we will contribute to the patriotic education of young people. This is an important area, one of the priorities. The art cluster is glad to be involved in various events that take place in Crimea, and also actively supports other cultural programs and large youth projects,” said Vitaly Petrunin, deputy head of the Tavrida art cluster.
I support all environmental events, especially if they are themed. Today we are planting trees in memory of the soldiers of the Great Patriotic War. I was raised a patriot and it is very important to me to contribute to something meaningful. The tree will grow, and I, my relatives and friends will know that this was done in memory of the people who gave us a peaceful life. “Tavrida” for Crimea is like a guiding star, with its appearance Crimea began to bloom, especially Sudak, because these actions, cultural and creative initiatives give people the opportunity to create, develop and strive for something, — shared a resident of the Tavrida art cluster RETUNEC.
The “Forest Volunteers” movement takes a big part in the development of the action. Involving young people allows him to contribute to the preservation of historical memory and promotion of the traditions of our country.
This year, the “Garden of Memory” crossed the 5-year mark, uniting hundreds of thousands of young people from all over the world. Each tree planted in memory of the heroes becomes a symbol of hope, a peaceful future and care for nature — our forests and green spaces. It is symbolic that today, on the day of the reunification of Crimea with Russia, Forest Volunteers, together with the Tavrida art cluster, have begun the first stage of the implementation of a joint program for landscaping the Crimean peninsula. In 5-10 years, unique gardens and forests will grow here, which will become another calling card and green code of the entire peninsula, — notes the chairman of the VOD “Forest Volunteers” Olga Stepchenko.
