In honor of the SVO participants, students of the Sevastopol Ecotech+ school planted a Memory Alley

Today the “Plant a Tree” event was held at the Ecotech+ school. As part of the action, students of 1st «A» grade planted trees in honor of the participants in the special military operation. As a gift, the children received the Red Book of Sevastopol and an illustrated guide to plants of the regional natural park “Maksimova Dacha”.
Today, for landscaping the school yard, we provided seedlings of evergreen cypress, fir, pine — there were 20 trees in total. Similar events are now taking place throughout Russia.— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the head of the nursery and afforestation department of the directorate of specially protected natural areas of regional significance, Yuri Platkhii.
Class teacher of the 1st “A” class, Svetlana Vasilievna Stakhmich, also clarified that initially the idea was born to conduct an environmental lesson for children, and then they decided to landscape the school yard and plant a Memory Alley in honor of the participants in the special operation.
The first trees were planted by school students with the participation of the Hero of Russia and family members of the deceased participants in the special operation. My students and I will take care of these trees and involve high school students. Today, for example, the school president organizes the watering of these trees, then one tree will be assigned to the 1st “A” classnotes the teacher.
