In Inkerman, the thief did not disdain stealing from the hospital

In Inkerman, police detained a man who stole computer equipment from a city hospital.
Passing in the evening past the children’s department of the hospital, a 42-year-old resident of Inkerman saw a luminous computer monitor in the window and he had the intent to commit theft. At night, he returned to the health facility, put on gloves so as not to leave prints, used a screwdriver to wring out the double-glazed window of the plastic window and secretly entered. From the medical office, the suspect stole two computer monitors, a system unit with a keyboard, mouse and headphones, and then fled— told the details in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.
The man brought home the stolen equipment with a total value of more than 40 thousand rubles, but did not have time to dispose of it at his own discretion. As a result of operational-search measures, the criminal investigation officers of the Inkerman police department detained him, seized the stolen goods and returned them to the administration of the medical institution.
A criminal case was initiated against the detainee under Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“theft”), he faces up to five years in prison. Note that earlier the attacker has already been prosecuted for theft and robbery.
