In Kerch, bailiffs recovered from the shipbuilding enterprise debts in the amount of more than 28 million rubles
CrimeaPRESS reports:
One of the shipbuilding enterprises of the city of Kerch did not pay for the received materials to suppliers and did not perform services to customers on time. As a result, 28 claims were filed against the shipbuilding enterprise from various companies, individual entrepreneurs and individuals.
According to the court decision, the shipbuilding enterprise was obliged to pay debts to claimants in the total amount of 26 million 897.499 thousand rubles. The management of the debtor company considered that the execution of the court decision could be delayed. Taking into account this fact, the employees of the bailiffs department for the city of Kerch of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol initiated enforcement proceedings against the shipbuilding enterprise, which were subsequently merged into consolidated enforcement proceedings, and informed the representatives of the debtor company about this. However, the company’s management did not draw the necessary conclusions for themselves and ignored the legal requirements of the enforcement officers. For neglecting the court decision, the bailiffs of the department issued a decision against the shipbuilding enterprise to collect a performance fee in the amount of 1 million 912.700 thousand rubles. However, the representatives of the debtor company decided to consistently adhere to the tactics of evading the fulfillment of their obligations to the collectors, referring to the lack of the necessary amount of funds.— reported the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
In order to encourage the shipbuilding company to pay off the accumulated debts as soon as possible, employees of the bailiffs department for the city of Kerch of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol arrested the bank accounts of the debtor company, and also checked its property status, identified vehicles in its ownership in number of 50 units and real estate objects — residential premises, which were immediately banned from performing registration actions. The enforcement measures applied by the bailiffs did not properly affect the management of the shipbuilding enterprise. However, it was possible to collect debts from the company in full, taking into account the performance fee, by writing off funds from the arrested accounts of the debtor.
