As part of the implementation of the regional targeted program for the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing stock, recognized as such before January 1, 2017, resettlement work is underway in Kerch. According to the city administration, the Kerch families who lived in emergency houses on the street will become new settlers and neighbors in house No. 44A along the Heroes of Stalingrad highway. First Deputy Head of Administration Oleg Shevchenko congratulated the people of Kerch, wished them a happy life in new apartments and handed over documents and keys.

Now the future tenants of the high-rise building are discussing an unexpected gift for March 8, they are planning to purchase new furniture and appliances, the move itself, and share their plans.

In 2023, it is planned to relocate three more families from the emergency housing stock in Kerch.
