In Kerch, by order of the prosecutor’s office, a contracting organization was fined 5.2 million rubles for violating the deadlines for carrying out work to preserve a cultural heritage site.
It was established that the contracting organization did not complete in full and on time the work stipulated by the state contract to preserve the building of the Romanov Women’s Gymnasium. The amount of unfulfilled obligations under the contract exceeded 104 million rubles— said the prosecutor’s office.
In this regard, the prosecutor’s office opened an administrative case against the enterprise under Part 7 of Art. 7.32 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (inaction resulting in failure to fulfill obligations stipulated by the contract for the performance of work for the needs of the customer, causing significant harm to the legally protected interests of society and the state).
The court found the contractor guilty of committing an offense and imposed a fine of 5.2 million rubles.,” the supervisory agency clarified.
Currently, work at the site in Kerch is at its final stage.
