The duty unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Kerch received a statement from car owners about the damage to property. The victims said that in the evening the unknown scratched the body of three cars parked in the Arshintsevo area.

The district authorized police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Kerch immediately responded to citizens’ reports. As a result of the events, a 45-year-old local resident suspected of damage to vehicles was established and detained. During the proceedings, it was found that during an evening walk, a long -standing resentment surfaced: about six months ago in the same place, unknown damaged his car of the Ford brand. Passing by three parked cars, he decided to damage them by applying scratches with the keys to the apartment. In his opinion, the owners of parked cars could be damaged by damage to his car, as they were constantly parking at this place,-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Crimea said.

Currently, all the circumstances of the incident are established, including the amount of damage caused to car owners, and a number of examinations have been appointed.

A legal assessment of the attacker will be given in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
