In Kerch, the prosecutor's office demands to repair the arch located in Primorsky Park

The Kerch prosecutor’s office conducted an inspection of the implementation of legislation in the maintenance of municipal property. According to the press service of the supervisory agency, during the inspection it was established that the arch located at the entrance to the Primorsky Park named after. P.L. Voikova, has traces of rainwater flowing all over its surface, and in addition, the integrity of its finishing has been compromised.

The property is not registered with the state cadastral register. The above indicates not only the facts of improper maintenance of municipal property, but also the danger for citizens, including minors, visiting the park, which is unacceptablenoted the prosecutor’s office.

In order to eliminate the identified violations, the prosecutor’s office of the city of Kerch submitted a proposal to the head of the local administration, which is under consideration.
