The Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea organized an investigation based on information posted on social networks about violations of the rights of residents of an apartment building on the street. Ordzhonikidze in Kerch due to a roof leak, the repair of which has not been carried out for a long time.

The supervisory agency will check compliance with the requirements of housing legislation regarding the maintenance of common household property, and will also evaluate the actions of the management company— reported the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea.

If there are grounds, the issue of taking prosecutorial response measures will be decided.
