In Kerch, work on the improvement of the Voikov Park started

The Voikov Park in Kerch will be landscaped in accordance with the tasks of the national project “Infrastructure for Life” this year. In 2024, this public territory received the support of most residents of the city, becoming the winner of the All -Russian competition of the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment in small cities and historical settlements. This recognition emphasizes the importance and significance of the work carried out in the park for all residents of the city and guests of Kerch.

At the moment, the forces of the contracting team are under dismantling to prepare the territory for further update. The workers remove the old asphalt and disassemble the curb stone to prepare the territory for landscaping. In parallel, geodetic breakdown of the site is performed, which includes zoning the territory and accurate marking.

The project, which is now being implemented, provides for the replacement of asphalt coating with modern tiles. This will not only improve the appearance of the alley, but also increase its durability. In addition, as part of the project, it is planned to replace obsolete lighting with modern, energy -efficient, which will make the park more comfortable and safe for visitors in the evening and night.

In the near future, preparation of the base for pedestrian paths and installing borders will be carried out, work on laying the tile coating will begin. Work is underway on the device of the connection point to the fountain.

After the completion of construction work, the installation of small architectural forms, such as benches, urns and decorative elements, which will not only decorate the alley, but also create additional recreation areas for citizens, will be given special attention. Permols will also be installed that will become a great place for walking and photo shoots.

One of the key elements of the project is the equipment of the fountain at the entrance to the park. The fountain will be a bright accent and an attractive place for all visitors to the park. A network of walking paths, an amphitheater with a sea view, as well as children’s playgrounds in the Greek style associated with the history of the city, is planned.

The purpose of the National Project «Infrastructure for Life» is the integrated development of settlements. This is the construction and repair of housing and roads, the improvement of public and courtyard spaces, the creation and renewal of all related social and communal infrastructure.
