In Khersones Tauride, the seasonal season began

The first player this year is poetic name — “Muse of Chersonesos”. On April 4, about 20 people took part in it — students and teachers of the Institute of Culture and Arts of the Kherson State Pedagogical University. All of them plunged into the atmosphere of the ancient city and wrote the first spring paintings in the open air.

The openier is some difficulty for beginner artists. It is one thing when our freshmen and storage students write still lifes, and quite another when they draw from nature. Tauride Khersones is a place with a special atmosphere. Here the weather is changing quickly, lighting changes. Many guys know the story of this place, which is very symbolic— said Alexander Kostyanov, senior teacher of the department of fine art and design of the Institute of Culture and Arts of the KHPU.

The Honored Artist of Crimea, a member of the Union of Artists of Russia, Nadezhda Velichko, a candidate of pedagogical sciences, the head of the department of fine art and design, associate professor Nadezhda Chaika, and the doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor at the department of the department of Elvira Shachkov, also visited the opener in the Museum-Reserve. They all conveyed experience to their students.

The Muse of Khersones will last. We wish all its participants in inspiration and excellent work!
