In Krasnoperekopsk, a dangerous skate park that is only 4 years old is being dismantled

In Krasnoperekopsk, the prosecutor’s office conducted an inspection of compliance with legislative requirements in the field of ensuring security at sports and gaming infrastructure facilities.

It was established that in 2019, during the course of landscaping work, a skate park was equipped in the city park of culture and recreation. As the inspection showed, the skate park was equipped in violation of established requirements, and its further operation poses a threat to the life and health of users. Taking into account the identified violations, the prosecutor filed a lawsuit against the city administration to impose the obligation to dismantle the specified facility— reported the prosecutor’s office.

By the decision of the Krasnoperekopsky District Court, the claim was satisfied in full. The actual execution of the judicial act is under the control of the supervisory agency.
