At the Muskatnovskaya school in the Krasnogvardeisky district, a memorial plaque was unveiled to the corporal of the 810th Separate Guards Marine Brigade, Vladimir Leichenko, who died heroically in 2023 while performing his military duty during a special military operation. For the courage and heroism shown in the performance of military duty, he was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage.

Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Alla Ponomarenko, present at the event, expressed sincere words of condolences to the family of the fighter.

The highest purpose of a person is to protect his land. The memory of our hero will live forever, and the younger generation should be brought up with such examples. Eternal memory to the hero! – said the parliamentarian.
