By a resolution of the Basmann district court of the city of Moscow, the investigator’s request was satisfied to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention against Beim Sergey Gennadievich, accused of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code, for a period of two months— the message says.
The court denied the defense to satisfy the request to choose a preventive measure, not related to detention, added in the press service.
Sergey Bame headed Chernomorneftegaz from September 2014 to August 2015. During the location of Crimea in Ukraine, he was a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
