In New Chersonesos — concrete pavement with historical shards

According to Deputy Project Manager Alexander Bezrukov, the Voenstroy team used unique technologies. For the first time in the practice of such construction, a concrete covering with historical ceramic fragments of household items was laid. The new historical and archaeological park occupies an area of ​​24 hectares, which includes three museums, two tourist centers, a temple-park, a reconstruction block and a large park area. Currently, about one and a half thousand workers are working on the site.— notes «Sevastopolskaya Gazeta».

According to A. Bezrukov, the builders preserved the existing relief and trees as much as possible. In addition, they used more than 400 units of architectural lighting. The park territory will be illuminated by about five or six types of different lamps — from small landscape ones to multi-ton ones on supports.

The opening of the historical and archaeological park is scheduled for the end of July.
