In one day, pyrotechnicians from the Ministry of Emergency Situations neutralized 77 explosive objects in Crimea

On October 5, in Crimea (in Feodosia, Kirov and Leninsky regions), pyrotechnicians of the Special Marine Detachment and the Specialized Detachment of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Crimea carried out operations to neutralize explosive objects from the times of the Great Patriotic War.
Employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations discovered and identified explosive objects: in the Kirovsky district, village. Vladislavovka, AS — 76 — 1 unit, MM — 82 — 70 units, MM — 50 — 18 units, AC — 45 — 67 units; in the Kirov region, Stary Krym, AS — 45 — 1 unit; in the Leninsky district, 1.5 km west of the village. Frontline, MM — 50 — 4 units; in GO Feodosia, AS — 105 — 1 unit. Employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations also discovered and neutralized 77 explosive objects of various calibers. Explosive items were removed, transported and destroyed at a special site. Pyrotechnic decontamination works were carried out in compliance with all necessary safety measures— reported the emergency department.
In total, 11 personnel and 4 pieces of equipment were involved in pyrotechnic work to neutralize explosive objects from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
