The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia «Saksky» received a message from a 32-year-old worker of grocery store on the theft of goods. According to the seller of the outlet, an unknown woman abducted food: several paste packages, sausages, seafood, a bottle of vodka and two energy drinks. The total damage amounted to 4 thousand rubles.
Employees of the Police patrol service, which had arrived at the scene of the incident, detained the suspect with the red-handed. The police found that the 28-year-old local resident was not previously convicted, but administrative production under Part 1 of Art. 6.9 Administrative Code for the consumption of drugs without a doctor’s prescription. The detainee pleaded guilty. The stolen was returned, the damage was compensated,-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Republic of Crimea said.
Employees of the inquiry department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia «Saksky» opened a criminal case on the grounds of the corpus delicti under Part 1 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code (theft). The sanction of the article provides for the maximum punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to two years.
In relation to the suspect, a preventive measure in the form of a non -departure subscription was chosen.
Police officers remind: if theft is committed, immediately inform the police on duty by calling 102, works around the clock.
