In Saki, a jury delivered a guilty verdict to a 22-year-old local resident, finding him guilty of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).

It was established that in January of this year in one of the villages of the Saki district, the defendant, together with the 36-year-old owner of the household, drank alcoholic beverages. area of ​​the head, neck and hands that have become lethal— told the details in the prosecutor’s office.

On the basis of the jury’s guilty verdict, the court passed a guilty verdict against the defendant, imposing a sentence of 8 years in prison with serving in a strict regime correctional colony. The verdict has not entered into force.
