In Saki, the head of the local TC tried to give a bribe an FSB officer

The main investigative department of the IC of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol based on the results of measures carried out in cooperation with colleagues from the Republican Office of the FSB of Russia, a criminal case was instituted against the head of the Saksky shopping complex. He is suspected of attempting a bribe to an official on a large scale (part 3 of article 30, paragraph “b” of part 4 of article 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The investigative department in the city of Saki established that the operational employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol recorded the fraudulent actions of the head of the Saksky shopping complex, according to which the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the future should have made a procedural decision. Wanting to avoid criminal liability, the entrepreneur during a meeting with an operational employee offered him a bribe of 500 thousand rubles, having previously placed the money in packaging from an alcoholic drink, after which he put them on the rear seat of the car. However, the defendant could not finish the criminal intent, since his illegal actions were suppressed-voiced the details of the case in the press service of the department.

The investigator removed the funds that were the subject of a bribe, a thorough inspection of the crime scene was carried out, the necessary examinations were assigned. The defendant pleaded his guilt in full. The investigation of the criminal case continues.
