In Sevastopol, 102 more land plots will be allocated to participants in the special military operation

At a meeting of the Sevastopol Government chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, a decision was made to create another 102 land plots for participants in the special operation.

The territory on which the land plots are allocated is located in the Nakhimovsky municipal district in the area of ​​General Melnik Street and is 9.8 hectares. For the participants of the special operation, it is proposed to form 102 land plots with an area of ​​400 sq. m with the type of permitted use for individual housing construction— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the acting director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development, Yuliy Shemonaev.

The document adopted at the meeting provides for corridors for the placement of utility networks, and the population’s needs for utility facilities are calculated. In addition, it provides for the formation of land plots for the placement of roads and public spaces.

Following the public discussions from June 21 to July 5, 2024, no objections or proposals were received.— the head of the department notes.

During the meeting, it was also noted that in the near future, land surveying and cadastral registration will be carried out, and then those on the waiting list will be notified of the possibility of receiving a plot.
