In Sevastopol, 105 housing certificates were issued to residents of Kherson and the Kherson region

At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, Acting Director of the Capital Construction Department Igor Akhmedov reported on the implementation of the program for issuing housing certificates to residents of Kherson and the Kherson region. IDPs who were forced to leave their place of permanent residence and arrived in an emergency mass order on the territory of Sevastopol were issued 105 certificates.

There are 410 applications in the work, approved and registered in the program 18 of the certificate for 416 people, — Igor Akhmedov noted.

Also at the meeting, changes were made to the procedure for granting lump-sum payments and housing certificates: clarifications were added on the composition of the family and the place of residence of minor children.

The concept of family members is expanding in the case of calculating the square meters of housing and the amount of social benefits for a housing certificate. Family members of a citizen include a spouse, minor children, children older than 18 years old, who became disabled before they reach the age of years, children under the age of 23 years, studying full-time in organizations that carry out educational activities, as well as parents and other dependents and living together with them , — emphasized the Acting Director of the Department of Capital Construction of Sevastopol.

The place of residence of minor children who do not have documents certifying the fact of their permanent residence in the city of Kherson or part of the Kherson region is the place of residence of their parents, adoptive parents, guardians, trustees or other legal representatives.

Clauses have been added on the possibility of paying for housing, taking into account several certificates issued to different family members.

In addition, the draft provides for the possibility of decision-making by a collegial body formed under the governor of Sevastopol, in the absence of answers to requests sent to clarify the permanent place of residence in Kherson or part of the Kherson region.

Recall that citizens who were forced to leave the territory of Kherson and the Kherson region are entitled to receive a lump sum payment in the amount of 100 thousand rubles and a social payment for the purchase of residential premises by obtaining a housing certificate.
