In Sevastopol, 34 employers received compensation for employment of citizens under the employment subsidization program

According to the state subsidization program, 34 enterprises of the city received financial support for the employment of 70 new employees. The Russian Social Foundation for Sevastopol allocated 3 million rubles for these purposes.

Employers can receive subsidies from the Department of SSR in Sevastopol for the employment of certain categories. These include:

• people with disabilities;
• war veterans;
• combat participants;
• citizens dismissed from military service, and members of their families;
• Lonely parents, large parents;
• adoptive parents raising minor children and other categories of employees.

In 2025, new subsidies appeared for employers in employment in the demanded professions of workers who moved from another area.

Legal entities, non -profit organizations and individual entrepreneurs registered before 2025 and do not have wages, taxes, fees, and insurance premiums can apply for subsidies this year.

For each employee, the payment is provided in the amount of one minimum wage (22,440 rubles), taking into account the amount of insurance premiums. The employer will receive such an amount from the SFR department in Sevastopol three times. The first payment arrives a month after receiving the applicant, the second — after three months, the third — six months later.

The subsidy is also paid for hiring people with disabilities. It is supposed to be an individual entrepreneur who belongs to the category of disabled people, or an organization whose founder is recognized as a disabled person. The amount of funds will be 6 minimum wages, taking into account the amount of insurance premiums.

To get state support, the employer needs to contact the employment center through the Personal Account on the Russian Work portal. Here he will be able to choose specialists for his vacancies. After that, a statement should be sent to the branch of the Social Fund of Russia for Sevastopol to receive a subsidy.
