In Sevastopol, 6,702 families receive payments for children aged 3 to 7

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The allowance for children aged 3 to 7 in Sevastopol is 10, 75 or 10% of the subsistence minimum for children, which today in the region is equal to the sum of 665 rubles. As reported in the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, in order to process the payment, the parent or legal representative of the child must have citizenship of the Russian Federation, and the average per capita income of the family must not exceed the subsistence level per capita established in Sevastopol on the date of the application — now it is 13 919 rubles.

To apply for benefits from 3 to 7 years, it is also necessary that the family has a steady income, and property or vehicles do not exceed the established norm. In this case, the allowance is paid only to one of the parents (adoptive parents), the legal representative of the child. You can submit documents for processing the payment at public services, at the MFC, as well as at the social protection authorities , — the press service of the deputy head of the social security department of the profile department, Evgenia Pytko, quotes.

If the average per capita income of the family, even taking into account the 10% payment, does not exceed the subsistence minimum, then the allowance is assigned in the amount of 17% of the subsistence minimum for children, i.e. 10 998, 75 rubles. If this is not enough, the amount increases to 50% of the subsistence minimum and is 14 665 rubles.

In addition, residents of Sevastopol receive a payment for children aged 8 to 10 years. Families whose average per capita income per family member is less than 919 rubles can count on it — the subsistence minimum by per capita in the region. The allowance for one child is from 7 75,5 rubles to 14 665 rubles. At the moment, 7 75 families receive a payment for 9 548 children, already transferred more than 708 million rubles.

To be eligible for the payment, the family must meet the property requirements. In addition, adult family members in the reporting period must have earnings (stipend, income from labor or business activities or a pension), or the lack of income must be justified by objective life circumstances , the Sevastopol branch of the Pension Fund reported. .

The Pension Fund emphasized that the income of mobilized citizens from November 1 is not taken into account for the assessment of need when assigning child benefits. The corresponding rules are approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation. They also provide that the lack of mobilized income for the periods for which the means is assessed does not serve as a basis for refusing to award payments to the family of a serviceman.

If the child’s father was called up for military service for mobilization, his past earnings, including salary, bonuses, business income, etc., are now not taken into account when calculating means. In addition, if the family was previously denied benefits due to lack of earnings from the mobilized person, now his wife can re-apply to the Pension Fund for benefits. The decision to refuse payment due to lack of income in the billing period will not be made , — note in the Sevastopol branch of the Pension Fund.

Documents confirming the call for military service for mobilization, the applicant must provide on their own. The allowance is granted for six months, after which a new application must be submitted to the Pension Fund.

Acceptance of applications for a monthly allowance to parents of children aged 8 to 17 years began in May of this year. You can apply for the purpose of payment through the portal of public services and client services of the Pension Fund, as well as the MFC.

Recall that the payment for children from 8 to 17 years is provided within the framework of the regional project «Financial support for families at the birth of children» of the national project «Demography».
