During the monitoring of the media and social networks, the police revealed a video in which a woman, while on October Revolution Avenue in Sevastopol, shouted anti-Russian slogans, attracting the attention of passers-by.
As a result of the measures taken, employees of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Sevastopol, together with operatives of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, identified the violator. She was a 54-year-old local resident. She explained her antisocial behavior by being in a state of intoxication.— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the city of Sevastopol.
With regard to the offender, a protocol was drawn up on the grounds of an offense under part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintain international peace and security, or execute state bodies of the Russian Federation of its powers for the indicated purposes”).
The materials collected by the police will be sent to the court for consideration on the merits. The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of an administrative fine from 30 to 50 thousand rubles.
