The bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia have completed the investigation of the criminal case against the previously convicted 17-year-old resident of Sevastopol, accused of deliberately causing serious harm to health that is life-threatening, from hooligan motives (paragraph 2 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The investigative department of the city of the Gagarinsky district established that on January 24 of this year, at a public transport stop on Admiral Fadeev Street, during the conflict, a drunken young man inflicted a 26-year-old young man with his foot on his head, which caused serious harm to his health. The attacker was detained in interaction with the police. He pleaded his guilt in the commission of a serious crime, repented of his deed, describing in detail the mechanism of the crime. The criminal investigation has been completed. A sufficient evidence base has been collected. The materials of the criminal case were sent to the court for consideration on the merits,-the details of the case in the press service of the department said.
