In Sevastopol, a large -scale concert «Way to Victory» will be presented

In Sevastopol, the rehearsal of a large-scale concert “The Way to Victory” began-this is a unique joint project of the two regions-Sevastopol and the Republic of Crimea, is carried out for the first time and is dedicated to the 81st anniversary of the Crimean offensive and the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.

The concert shows will take place on April 8 in Simferopol and May 12 in Sevastopol.

Creative numbers will remind the audience about the events and exploits of the Great Patriotic War from June 22, 1941 to May 9, 1945.

One of the largest numbers is the liberation of Sevastopol, three Sevastopol teams are involved in it at once.

The concert uses a unique props-in the preparation, they created an exact copy of the assault flag, which in 1944 was hoisted on a saapuna mountain. The original banner is in Moscow at the Central Museum of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

To create a concert, the creative groups of Sevastopol and the Republic of Crimea united, about 400 artists are involved.

The honored team of folk art of Russia participates the exemplary choreographic ensemble «Atlantic», the state ensemble «Black Sea», the Honored Collection of Russian Folk Art of Russia, the folk dance ensemble «Joy», the exemplary choreographic ensemble «Diva», the exemplary ensemble of the «Kalinka» folk song «Remix» and others.
