Since the posted messages continued to be publicly demonstrated from the moment of publication to date, the author’s actions formed the composition of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The offender was brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine of 45 thousand rubles to the Leninsky district court.
