CrimeaPRESS reports:

In Sevastopol, as part of the preventive measure «Delinquent», using the special software «Web», a car was identified, for which a large amount of fines was registered. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.

Traffic police officers of the State traffic inspectorate of Sevastopol stopped a BMW car, and enforcement proceedings were initiated against the owner for a total amount of more than 250 thousand rubles, including for violations of traffic rules. According to the results of the audit, it was established that the foreign car belongs to a 34-year-old man, who explained that he could not pay the debt due to lack of financial ability. However, when the bailiffs arrived at the scene to arrest the vehicle, this prompted the driver to pay all the outstanding debt.— reports the press service of the Sevastopol police.

The State Traffic Inspectorate recalls that, according to Part 1.3 of Article 32.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, administrative fines for violations of traffic rules of the Russian Federation can be paid with a 50% discount within 20 days from the date of the decision and warns that such preventive measures are carried out on a regular basis.
