In Sevastopol, a man organized a drug apparatus

The employees of the drug control department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Leninsky district received information that one of the local residents regularly accepts suspicious persons who probably use prohibited substances.
During the audit, the received information found their confirmation. The police found that for several months previously convicted for theft, a 23-year-old local resident systematically gave drug addicts their housing for comfortable and safe consumption of synthetic drugs and marijuana. His unlawful activities were documented and suppressed by police control staff. In the apartment, the operatives found and seized a device for the use of prohibited substances,-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol said.
In relation to the detainee, administrative material was drawn up under Part 1 of Art. 6.9 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “The consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a doctor’s prescription or new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances”.
In addition, a criminal case has been instituted for the organization and maintenance of a drug addict against it under Part 1 of Art. 232 of the Criminal Code. The sanction of the article provides for punishment of imprisonment for a term of up to four years.
