Agreeing with the opinion of the state prosecutor of the prosecutor’s office of the Leninsky district of Sevastopol, the court issued a guilty verdict in a criminal case against a previously convicted local resident born in 1976.
He was found guilty under paragraph “a” of Part 3 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft committed with illegal entry into a home). It was established that in July 2023, a man entered through a window into an apartment on the first floor of an apartment building on the street. Khryukin, whose owners were away, and stole jewelry, watches and computer equipment from there. In total, he stole property worth almost 190 thousand rubles. After committing the crime, the attacker fled, but on the same day police officers located him and detained him. The investigation was carried out by the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Leninsky district of Sevastopol,” the details of the case were announced by the press service of the Sevastopol prosecutor’s office.
The Leninsky District Court of Sevastopol, taking into account the opinion of the state prosecutor, sentenced the perpetrator to 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a maximum security correctional colony.
