The dispatcher of the emergency department quickly got her bearings and sent specialists from the emergency rescue unit of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for Sevastopol and the city Rescue Service to help. The victim was found at the foot of the cliff, given first aid and taken by rescue boat to the Nazukina embankment. There he was handed over to the medical team. The man was hospitalized in moderate condition— the details of the incident were announced in the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in Sevastopol.
