In Sevastopol, a participant in the organizational group was sentenced to 12 years in prison for an attempt to sell almost a kilogram of drugs

Agreeing with the position of the state prosecutor of the prosecutor’s office of the city of Sevastopol, the court issued a conviction in a criminal case against the 40-year-old Sevastopol. He is found guilty under Part 3 of Art. 30 — paragraph. “A”, “G” of Part 4 of Art. 228.1 and part 3 of Art. 30 — part 5 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (an attempt on illegal sale of narcotic drugs, committed using the Internet, organized by a group, in large and especially large -scale).

It was established that the man and his 52-year-old cohabitant became part of an organized group, which was engaged in illegal sale of drugs through the online store. In August 2024, the man received from accomplices a large batch of a narcotic drug Cleferon. On the instructions of the curators, he and his roommate at home packaged the drug on small packages. After this, he made a cache in the city, in which he placed a wholesale “bookmark” of 45 bundles to organize further sales to consumers, and then intended to make another one under 75 bundles. However, police officers prevented the pairs. When arranging a cache, the drug salesman was detained,-the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol said.

In total, from the house of the cohabitants, from a cache and directly from a man, almost a kilogram of various narcotic drugs have been removed. The investigation was conducted by the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol.

The Nakhimovsky District Court of Sevastopol sentenced a man a punishment in the form of 12 years in prison in a penal correctional colony.

Earlier it was reported that his accomplice was sentenced to 6.5 years in prison in a penal colony of general regime with the same district court.
