The prosecutor’s office of the Nakhimovsky district of Sevastopol approved the indictment in the criminal case against a 70-year-old local resident.
He is accused under paragraph «B» of Part 4 of Art. 132 of the Criminal Code (other actions of a sexual nature in relation to a person who has not reached the age of 14). According to investigators, in July 2024, the accused, living in an individual residential building in the Nakhimovsky district of Sevastopol, wolled into the trust of a neighboring 10-year-old girl and lured her to his home. Using the psychological immaturity and helpless position of the child, an elderly man committed a sexual nature in relation to the victim. The girl spoke about the incident to her mother, who turned to the police. The attacker was detained and detained. The investigation was conducted by the territorial body of the Investigative Committee,-the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol said.
The criminal case with the approved prosecutor’s office was sent to the Nakhimovsky District Court of Sevastopol for consideration on the merits.
