Agreeing with the position of the state prosecutor of the prosecutor’s office of the Gagarinsky district of Sevastopol, the court issued a conviction in a criminal case against a 57-year-old man.
He is found guilty of paragraph «b» of part 4 of Art. 132 of the Criminal Code (sexual actions, using the helpless state of the victim, committed in relation to a person who has not reached the age of 14).
It was established that in the winter of 2024 the convict met a 5th grade student and, under the pretext of visiting his pets, lured into a garage box, in which he temporarily lived. The man rubbed into the confidence of the child and, using the helpless state of the girl due to age and development, committed a crime of sexual nature against her.
Upon learning of what had happened, the mother turned to the police. The attacker was detained and detained.
The investigation was conducted by the investigative department in the Gagarinsky district of the Main Directorate of the IC of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. Earlier, the man was already convicted and served a sentence for sexual crimes.
For the commission of this crime, the Gagarinsky district court of Sevastopol sentenced the guilty to 12.6 years in prison in a maximum security penal colony. He was also appointed 1 year of restriction of freedom after liberation from the colony. The claim of the district prosecutor to recover non -pecuniary damage in favor of the child is satisfied.
