In Sevastopol, a program to increase the birth rate starts

At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, chaired by Governor Mikhail Pravozhaev, they adopted a number of decisions that allow us to begin the implementation of the National Project «Family».

Since this year, we begin the implementation of the new national project «Family». This is one of the most important projects for us, and primarily in terms of changing the demographic situation in the city. All support measures are aimed at ensuring that the quality of life of families with children increases, and so that the number of large families grow. This year, 1.3 billion rubles are provided for the implementation of the national project, -quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.

The new national project «Family» includes 5 federal projects:

Family values ​​and infrastructure of culture ” — 83.3 million rubles; “Protection of motherhood and childhood” — 203.3 million rubles; «Elder generation» — 98.4 million rubles.; «Family Support» — 566.2 million rubles.; «Large family» — 320.6 million rubles.

Since 2025, in Sevastopol, at the birth of a third or subsequent child, young families (one or both parents should be younger than 35 years old) will be charged a one -time payment of 300 thousand rubles. Payment will be made for each child separately.

In addition, large families participating in the Dom.rf program will be provided with a regional payment of 550 thousand rubles to repay a mortgage. The Federal Payment under the Dom.rf program is 450 thousand rubles, in total, large families can receive 1 million rubles to repay a mortgage. Families who have not yet participated in the Dom.rf project will be assisted in joining the program. 23 million rubles were allocated to support 43 Sevastopol families.

Also, when registering for pregnancy, women studying in person, from January 1, 2025 (including training in STRs, VPO and academic leave), a lump -sum payment of at least 100 thousand rubles will be provided. Pregnant women who are on academic leave will receive the same payments.

In Sevastopol, the Social Nanny project will be launched — this is a service for short -term supervision and care for children. Such «nannies» will help young families where there are children under the age of 3 years:

— Young families, where one or both spouses study in Sevastopol in person;

— Women who are not married;

— large families;

— poor families and families who are in difficult situations.

Society will be involved with the kids who own the necessary competencies confirmed by documented.

In the city, in addition, I will open the rental points of essential items. It will be possible to rent a baby stroller-transformer, a baby stroller, a crib for a newborn with a mattress, a changing table for feeding a child, a bathtub for bathing a newborn and electronic scales for weighing newborn; If necessary, the rental period can be extended before six months.

The Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Podvozhaev instructed the Department of Labor and Social Protection to work out a technical task for the purchase of all these things together with public organizations in order to buy a really functional and useful equipment.

Young families will be able to rent first -time items, where there are children under 1.5 years old:

— Young families, where one or both spouses study in Sevastopol in person;

— Women who are not married;

— large families;

-families with children with disabilities;

— poor families and families who are in difficult situations.

The responsible executor on all these issues is the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the population of the city of Sevastopol.

The governor also instructed to explain in detail to people the procedure for receiving payments and services and be sure to work out the issue in order to submit documents and use new options to people as conveniently as possible.

Also, as part of the implementation of the National Project «Family» in Sevastopol, the free passage of the preparatory stage of the IVF program will be available, including the necessary studies that are not covered by compulsory medical insurance.
