Agreeing with the position of the prosecutor of the Leninsky district of Sevastopol, who supported the state prosecution in the criminal case, the court issued a conviction against the 26-year-old resident of the Republic of Crimea.
The man is found guilty of p. «G» of Part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal sales of drugs, committed from the Internet, a group of persons by prior conspiracy, on a large amount) and part 3 of Art. 30 — part 5 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted illegal sale of narcotic drugs on an especially large scale).
It was established that in July 2023 in Sevastopol, the accused sold a large batch of marijuana for 690 thousand rubles in advance to a prefabricated buyer. He acquired a narcotic remedy for sales from an unidentified person, with whom he entered into a conspiracy in the Internet mixer. In the future, law enforcement officers seized marijuana, and during a search in a rented apartment in Simferopol, other narcotic drugs intended for sales were found.
In total, almost 1.5 kg of various drugs were seized from illegal trafficking.
The investigation was conducted by the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol. The man was detained and detained.
The Leninsky District Court of the city of Sevastopol, taking into account the opinion of the state prosecutor, imposed the guilty punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of 12.5 years in a maximum security penal colony.
