In Sevastopol, a special commission checks the readiness of schools for the new academic year

On behalf of Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, Sevastopol continues to check the readiness of educational institutions for the new academic year. Schools No. , , 26, 41 and 42 Vice Governor Igor Mikheev visited today together with the acceptance committee.

Now we are at school number 19 — a school with a high degree of readiness for the beginning of the year. There are points that need to be finalized — the commission will draw up an appropriate act on them, and there will be time to complete the work. This year, we have set the task of eliminating the shortcomings by 18 August, — said the vice-governor.

In total, until August, it is planned to check 174 the object — these are schools, kindergartens, colleges, technical schools, institutions of additional education. The commission assesses both the state of the infrastructure of organizations and the fulfillment of the requirements of sanitary norms and rules, the need for current and major repairs and other economic work. Particular attention is paid to the anti-terrorist protection of facilities and their fire safety.

Also, Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev instructed to check the condition of bus stops near schools and pedestrian crossings that lead to educational organizations before the start of the school year.

Preparation of educational organizations for the new academic year is carried out during the summer. The governor’s school labor teams take part in the work — the guys repair textbooks, wash windows, plant and water plants.
