A spontaneous desire to shoot a criminal liability for Sevastopol.
It was established that at night, a 27-year-old local resident, while intoxicated, passed the shooting range and decided to shoot. Using a fragment of curb stone, he knocked down a hinged castle, tore an awning and entered the room. On the spot, the man, having changed his mind, missed four units of airsoft weapons and disappeared with the stolen totaling 100 thousand rubles. Random passers -by who heard the sounds of hacking immediately reported to the police. Employees of the criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Gagarinsky district detained the suspect. He confessed to his deed and said that the two striking weapons had already been defended by the unknown. The police seized the remaining weapons that will return to the legal owner,-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol said.
In relation to the defendant, the investigative department opened a criminal case under P.P. «B, c» part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Theft», he faces up to five years in prison.
