In Sevastopol, a technical inspection of self -propelled equipment undergoes. Required!

Gostekhnadzor of the Department of Agriculture and the Consumer Market conducts mandatory technical control of self -propelled equipment. According to the head of the department for supervision of the technical condition and operation of self -propelled vehicles and other types of GOSTEKHADZRA Yuri Kuzhanov, a technical inspection is a mandatory annual verification of vehicles used in various fields of activity: from agricultural work to construction and industry. The purpose of this procedure is to verify the serviceability of the equipment, the compliance of its design with the established standards and readiness for safe operation.

In 2024, the specialists of the Gostekhnadzor conducted a technical inspection of almost 1.5 thousand units of equipment, and only about 700 cars were checked in this year of this year.

During the technical inspection, inspectors evaluate the technical condition of the machine: the operability of the brake system, steering, lighting devices and other key nodes, check the compliance of the license plates with registration data, the presence of a first -aid kit and a fire extinguisher, study documents for the right to manage equipment from the driver.

Based on the results of the inspection, either a certificate of conducting a technical inspection, or an act of lack ofness, indicating the identified violations, is issued. If malfunctions have been discovered, they must be eliminated and a second inspection.

Submitting an application for a technical inspection is most convenient through the portal Public services. Electronic feed can significantly save time:

1. The applicant fills out the form and attaches the necessary documents.

2. The inspector checks:
— the applicant has rights to management or the right to own technology,
— The correctness of registration data,
— The fact of payment of the state fee.

3. After all the checks, the place and time of the technical inspection are assigned. If malfunctions were identified during the initial inspection, then the state duty is not re -charged.

Any self -propelled equipment is subject to compulsory technical inspection, regardless of the form of ownership. It can be: agricultural enterprises and road construction organizations; shopping centers and warehouses; factories and production sites; rental points; Private persons (for example, owners of mini -tractors, motoblocks, loaders and other special equipment).

Passing a technical inspection is not just the duty of the owner of the equipment. This is a measure of warning of emergency situations, injuries and even human casualties. The good condition of the equipment reduces the risk of breakdowns, increases the level of safety on roads and workplace, and also ensures the fulfillment of the requirements of the legislation. In addition, timely passage then saves owners from possible fines and administrative responsibility for the operation of faulty equipment.
