In Sevastopol, a verdict in the fraud case when registering ownership of the store was sentenced

Agreeing with the position of the state prosecutor of the prosecutor’s office of the Balaklava district of Sevastopol, the court issued a conviction in a criminal case against a man born in 1975.

He is found guilty under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud using their official position on an especially large scale).

The court found that in 1998 a family enterprise built and from that time used the store-store in Inkerman. In 2012, the convict took this store for rent. Due to the combination of difficult life circumstances and the deterioration of the state of health, the founders of the family enterprise could not engage in its renewal in the legal field of the Russian Federation. In this regard, in June 2018, the tenant, using false documents — an agreement on joint activities of 1997 and an act of acceptance of the transfer of 1998, registered ownership of the store in his name,-voiced the details of the case in the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol.

The only surviving founder of the enterprise is currently an elderly woman. She learned about the registration of the store of her family for an outsider when issuing an inheritance. The actions of the convict her caused damage in the amount of more than 4 million rubles.

The criminal investigation was carried out by the Investigative Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Balaklava region of the city of Sevastopol.

The Leninsky District Court of Sevastopol appointed the guilty of 5 years in prison with a probation with a trial period of 4 years.

The sentence did not enter into legal force.
