It was established that the accident occurred on March 28 at 14.20, in the area of ​​house No. 67 on the Heroes of Stalingrad. The 21-year-old driver of the Toyota car hit a girl born in 2013, who crossed the roadway along the regulated pedestrian crossing to the red light of the traffic light.
