The international and domestic experience of countering drug trafficking and the spread of drug addiction indicates that the maximum efficiency of work in this area is achieved through active interaction between law enforcement agencies and society.

In the indicated period, on specially selected telephone lines and “trust phone numbers”, everyone in the clock can:

• report on offenses and crimes in the field of drug trafficking (the duty unit of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol — telephone 102);
• receive consultations and qualified assistance in the treatment of drug addiction and rehabilitation of drug users (the narcological department of the Sevastopol City Psychiatric Hospital-telephone +7-978-998-60);
• Contact the rehabilitation and resocialization of drug addicts (the Center for Social Assistance of the Family and Children of Sevastopol-the phone 54-40-68).
